Terms and conditions

Welcome to Zeko.ai, (hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or as “Platform” or as “Portal” or as “Zeko” or as "Zeko AI" interchangeably), a portal of MyWays Life Layouts Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the MLLPL). These terms and conditions of use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and MLLPL. Use of this Site constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms herein and by all terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to your use of this Site, and do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with MLLPL, its subsidiaries, or affiliates. If you are using the Site on behalf of any entity, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity's behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify MLLPL for violations of these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.

Any individual and organisation wanting to make use of site to post a job requirement for self or for an organisation he/she represents is referred to as “Employer” or “Employers” as context may demand.

The following specific T&Cs must be followed by employers. Any violation of these may result in cancellation of any feature or in blocking of employer’s account. Zeko reserves the right to terminate your Request and refuse you access to the portal under violation of conditions mentioned below.

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are authorized to request actions (or "Requests") on your organization’s behalf. Any dispute or legal claim arising out of unauthorized posting would be solely your liability and Zeko is not responsible for any such actions in any way.

2. If you create your organization’s profile, including uploading logo while posting your Request or creating/updating your company profile, you are authorizing Zeko to display it on our website along with Requests or in the list of our clients.

3. All kind of recommendations on the platform are designed to help your decision making. However, all decisions are entirely yours and Zeko is not responsible for any consequences resulting of any such decisions.

4. Any act of misinformation or hiding material information would prohibit you from further Requests.

5. Your platform usage and interaction data may be used by the system to improve the recommendations and enhance user experience.

6. Zeko reserves the right to publish the job post or Requests of companies on social media platforms and websites like LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, Shine, etc., along with newspapers and magazines in order to increase the visibility of the job post or Requests.

7. If you come across any suspicious activity, content or behavior on Zeko by another user, you must report it to Zeko immediately so that necessary actions can be taken.

9. While we put our best efforts to reach out to the best talent available, posting your Request on Zeko does not guarantee hiring since final hiring is in your hand.

10. You are strictly prohibited from transferring/selling/sharing applicants’ data, for free or for a fee, to any other entity. Doing so will lead to legal action.

11. Zeko is not responsible in case your hire either leaves your organization (this may be due to problems resulting from negative material changes in things promised earlier like a salary, working hours etc., or otherwise) or hires declining your offer.

12. MyWays has a robust feedback system in case you face any problem understanding the reports/are dissatisfied with MyWays or the student, you can immediately contact us our Grievance Officer, Ms. Tanvi Jain on grievances@myways.ai
